Terms of Service

1. Parties

These terms form an agreement between Санги Ах ХХК (“we”) and you, the user of the Tod platform.

2. Service

Tod connects your Facebook and Instagram ad accounts and Pages through Meta's official APIs and provides tools to create and manage ads and view reports. Ad delivery and review are Meta's responsibility.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for actions taken with your account.

4. Ad spend

Meta charges ad spend directly to your ad account. We never receive or forward that money. Amounts shown in tugrik are estimates; the official amount is in Meta's currency.

5. Plans and payment

Platform subscriptions are paid by QPay invoice and do not renew automatically. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. Fees are refunded where required by law or when we fail to deliver the service.

6. Prohibited use

• Ads that violate Meta's advertising policies or the laws of Mongolia
• Accessing other people's accounts without permission
• Circumventing security measures or overloading the system

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” with no guarantee of advertising results. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the previous 3 months.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Disputes

Disputes are resolved under the laws of Mongolia.
