Privacy Policy

Information we collect

  • Account: name, email, a hash of your password (never the password itself)
  • Meta: Pages, linked Instagram accounts, ad accounts, campaigns and ad results
  • Technical: IP address and browser type (for security and audit)
  • Payments: invoice number, amount, status and QPay transaction ID. We never store card or bank details.

Permissions requested from Meta

pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_ads, ads_management, ads_read, business_management. We never access your personal profile, friends or private messages.

How we use it

Only to provide the service you ask for (managing ads, showing reports), for security and for billing. We never sell data to third parties.

Storage and security

Meta access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM on our server. Connections use HTTPS.

Retention

While your account is active. Meta data is deleted immediately when you disconnect or delete your account. Accounts unused for 12 months are deleted.

Deletion

Tod → Facebook connections → disconnect; or remove the app in Facebook → Business integrations; or delete your whole account. Check the status with your confirmation code at /data-delete.

Your rights

You may view, correct and delete your information and withdraw permissions at any time.
